ELD and GPS tracking

The pilot starts only after dispatch confirms the truck and records the required carrier and driver authorization. This request does not enable tracking. Do not enter passwords or API keys.

Operational notes

App access is included. $150 one-time onboarding per fleet. Percentage fees use collected line-haul revenue on Harper-dispatched loads and are reviewed weekly. This request starts no subscription or charge.
