One billing method. No additional Carrier Network subscription. $150 one-time onboarding per fleet covers account setup, document checklist and operating preferences.

Percentage fees apply to collected line-haul revenue on Harper-dispatched loads, excluding fuel surcharges, detention, TONU, lumper fees and other reimbursements. Reviewed and invoiced weekly; no weekly retainer is added.

Premium dispatcher availability and emergency coverage are confirmed before service begins. Service starts after account approval and a signed dispatch agreement. Read the billing and service overview.
