Your team stays in control of load selection, booking decisions, approvals and the information it supplies. Automation supports those decisions; it does not replace every operational task. Available automation depends on the service, setup and connected providers.
LIVE SERVICE
Your team records a new pickup appointment on the shipment and communicates it to the carrier. The next coordinator can review the same load record, check the latest update and follow up on delivery documents after the move. Everyone works from the recorded shipment context.
