SOLUTIONS FOR CARRIERS

More time focused on your trucks. More support behind every load.

For owner-operators and small fleets running under their own motor carrier authority, Harper brings dispatch coordination and an organized workspace together. We help with the daily details so you can make informed decisions about the freight you accept.

Service benefitsPractical exampleGetting started
01 / SERVICE BENEFIT

Find loads that fit your operation

A load can look attractive until you factor in empty miles, equipment requirements and appointment times.

How Harper helps

We help review available opportunities against your preferred lanes, equipment, availability and operating preferences.

Why it matters for your team

You spend less time sorting through unsuitable freight and have a clearer basis for choosing your next trip.

02 / SERVICE BENEFIT

Approach rates with the trip in mind

The posted rate alone does not tell you what a trip will cost to run.

How Harper helps

Dispatch support includes rate negotiation and broker communication. Planning tools can help you compare entered mileage, revenue and estimated trip costs.

Why it matters for your team

You can weigh the whole trip before committing. Estimates support your judgment; they are not a promise of profit or a guaranteed rate.

03 / SERVICE BENEFIT

Keep communication tied to the load

Calls, appointment changes and shipment updates are easy to lose when they are spread across messages.

How Harper helps

We help coordinate broker communication and check calls, while shipment records keep assignments, notes and updates together.

Why it matters for your team

Your team has a clearer handoff between booking, pickup and delivery, with less time spent reconstructing what happened.

04 / SERVICE BENEFIT

Make paperwork easier to follow

Missing rate confirmations or delivery documents can create extra follow-up when it is time to close a load.

How Harper helps

Paperwork support helps organize rate confirmations, bills of lading and proof of delivery. The document workflow keeps the relevant records attached to the shipment.

Why it matters for your team

You can find what is available, identify what is missing and prepare a more complete handoff for billing.

05 / SERVICE BENEFIT

Choose the level of dispatch help you need

A single truck and a growing fleet may need very different levels of support.

How Harper helps

Basic, Standard and Premium dispatch plans offer different service levels. Higher-tier support includes items such as detention and TONU claims assistance, factoring coordination and dedicated dispatch, as described in the plan details.

Why it matters for your team

You can select support around your operation. Dedicated coverage and availability are confirmed before service starts; claims assistance does not guarantee payment.

LESS ROUTINE WORK

Let Harper handle more of the routine work.

Harper combines dispatch support with automated workflows to reduce the steps your team has to repeat. Once the required information is entered and the workflow is configured, the system can handle parts of onboarding, account setup and status processing in the background.

Your team stays in control of load selection, booking decisions, approvals and the information it supplies. Automation supports those decisions; it does not replace every operational task. Available automation depends on the service, setup and connected providers.

LIVE SERVICE

An owner-operator preparing the next trip

You share your empty location, equipment and preferred destination. Dispatch helps review suitable opportunities and coordinate the selected load with the broker. During the trip, updates and paperwork stay connected to the shipment. After delivery, your team can see the documents needed for its billing process.

This illustrative workflow is separate from live shipments and private customer records.

Your carrier tools

Carrier owners can access the carrier board, trip planning, their company assignments, documents and billing. Drivers receive a narrower view of their assigned work. Staff administration and other companies’ private records are not part of your workspace.

Role permissions and subscription eligibility are checked separately. Signing up does not grant access to every tool or activate a paid plan.
